ORDER

Ordering your favorite items is super easy. Choose the item you would like to have and select the correct color and size in which you want to order the item. Click on ‘add to cart’ and the item will be added to your shopping cart (note, items in your shopping cart are not reserved for you). You can pay immediately or continue shopping. When you have put everything you want to order in your shopping cart, go to your shopping cart and click on checkout. Finally, follow the steps to pay for your order and your order has been placed! You will then be informed of your order by email.

W-projects is an online store, without physical stores. As a result, you can only receive the order via delivery. You can easily follow the status of the order via the track and trace code that you receive via e-mail from us. 

W-projects’ gift vouchers and vouchers always have a code which you can use in the webshop. At checkout you will see a field “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code”. Enter the code here, click “apply coupon” and the credit will be immediately deducted from the amount to be paid. You can use the codes that are distributed for discount campaigns in the same way. After you clicked “apply coupon”, the discount will be deducted immediately. Note: discount codes are not valid on gift certificates and sale items, unless stated otherwise. Unfortunately, it is not possible to activate multiple discount codes at the same time.

Did you see a promotion in our newsletter or on Facebook or Instagram, or did you want to exchange a gift voucher during checkout and did you forget to enter your code? No worries, that can happen! Send us an email at info@w-prjcts.com and we will be happy to help you.

Is there an error in your address details or did you order the wrong item or size? No stress! Can happen. App or email us, preferably as soon as possible after placing your order. Then we will immediately check whether we can still adjust your order.

Together with the credit card company, we ensure that the payment runs smoothly. As soon as the payment has been approved by the credit card company, we will ship your order.

 

DELIVERY

We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times within Europe will be between 1-7 working days. Have you placed an order for outside Europe? Then the delivery times are between 1-3 weeks.

Delivery during the month of December
At the end of the year, up to three times as many parcels are shipped on the belt than usual. Therefore, make sure you place your order well in advance to avoid running out of gifts during the holidays. Please note that during these busy days, delivery can take 1-3 days longer than the standard delivery time.

It is also important to take into account the changed delivery times of our carriers during the season at the end of the year. After all, you don’t want to run out of products and gifts.

You certainly can! As soon as we have given your order to the currier, you will receive a track & trace code by email. With this code you can visit the curriers website and track your order.

Yes ofcourse! Whether you live in the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden or Japan, you can always order the coolest items from our collection. You can consult the delivery times and costs from each country here. Is your country not listed yet? Send us a message and we will arrange this!

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Is an item not quite to your liking? That can happen. You have 14 days from the receipt date to return your package. Register your return by sending an email to returns@wprjcts.com  in which you state your name, invoice or order number, item (s) and any reason for return. As soon as you have registered your return, you will receive a return label by email. Follow the 4 steps:

1. Indicate on this return form which item (s) you are returning. State the reason for return.
2. Put the item to be returned in the original packaging and include the return form and the invoice (or a copy thereof) in the box.

Please note: the item must be unworn and provided with the attached price tag. If this is not the case, we cannot process the return.

3. Hand in your return shipment at a delivery point and keep the proof of shipment.
4. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return has been processed. You will receive the purchase amount back to your account within 14 days.

Do not forget to send your return form and invoice (or a copy thereof) with the package of your return shipment. This way we can process your return the fastest. As soon as we have received your item and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 working days. This also applies to items you bought in the sale. Do you want to return shoes? Make sure you put the shoes in the shoe box and then in a shipping bag or shipping box. This is the only way to keep the shoes and the shoebox in good condition.

The following conditions apply to exchange or return:

  • Returns are only accepted within the 14 day return period.
  • The clothing has not been worn and / or washed.
  • There are no food stains, make-up stains, body odors or cigarette smells on the items.
  • No attempt has been made to repair a defect.
  • Jewelry and lingerie cannot be returned from a hygienic point of view.
  • The original hang tag is still attached to the article.
  • If reasonably possible, return the item in its original packaging.
  • The shipping risk of the return is for the buyer. 
  • Insufficient or non-stamped returns will not be accepted by us.
  • Product and / or delivery errors must be reported to us with a description within 14 days after delivery.
  • If our exchange and return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return shipments and charge you the shipping costs.

Yes, the return costs are at your own expense.

Yes, this is possible. You can return Sale items under the same conditions.

Please contact customer service by sending an email to returns@wprjcts.com  and mention your order number.

Processing your return takes a maximum of 1 or 5 working days. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive an email from us. After that we will refund your money with in 14 work days.

When we have received your return package, and the return meets 100% our return conditions, we will refund the money to your account witheid 14 days.

Unfortunately, an exchange is not yet possible. We advise you to place a new order yourself.
